I graduated from Plymouth State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Art Education K-12. I hold a State of New Hampshire Visual Arts Education K-12 teaching certification.

Experience

I have have been an Educational Assistant in middle and high school working both 1 on 1, in small groups, and classroom assistance since October 2013. I also coach both the high school girl's and boy's rugby teams. I have always loved learning and teaching, though it wasn't always easy for me, and I hope to pass on my passion for learning to other people. As a person with learning disabilities I understand how difficult school can be, and I strive to make material understandable and teach in a way they differentiated learners can grasp.

My four greatest passions in life, in no particular order, are education (both learning and teaching), baking, art and rugby (playing and coaching). My teaching/tutoring style is based on structured compassion; I believe that students work best with structure, routine and guidelines but students also need someone who is willing to understand them as an individual and their learning needs.
